Toller Oxfordurlaub in einem guten Hotel.
9.0Unser Standart-Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, nur die Matrazen sind sehr weich. Gut ist, dass sich ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer befindet. Die Klimaanlage war für die heißen Urlaubstage ideal. Obwohl sich unser Zimmer in Richtung Eingang und Parkplatz befand, war es bei geschlossenem Fenster erstaunlich ruhig. Wir hatten bei der Buchung Frühstück und Abendessen inkludiert. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück war in Buffetform und reichhaltig. Schön war es auch. dass man beim Abendessen aus einer Karte auswählen konnte und am Tisch bedient wurde. Das Personal in sämtlichen Bereichen, war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt etwas entfernt von der Innenstadt, doch in der Nähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle von der alle 15 Minuten ein Bus in das Zentrum fährt. Die Busfahrt dauert auch ca. 15 Minuten.
− Leider besaß unser Zimmer keine Möglichkeit die Kleidung unterzubringen, die ganze Zeit befand sich unsere Kleidung im Koffer. Etwas lästig war, dass für die zweite Person immer ein Handtuch nachgefordert werden musste, da nur eins erneuert wurde.

Good to know
From 10th to 15th of July 2023, the Property will only be reachable on foot between 8:30 p.m and 6 a.m due to resurfacing works on the Peartree Roundabout. The nearest car park is located in a specially designated area at Pear Tree Park & Ride.
Please note that the swimming and spa facilities will be closed indefinitely from 20 December 2018. The fitness facility (mini gym) will be available from this date forward.
