6.0Great location, good breakfast selection, the room suite is a good size, and a nice view of the city
− Cleanliness did not meet expectations. Three pillows needed replacing because they were badly stained; there was hair all over the mattress protector. It seemed rushed to get the room ready. It was dusty, and the area under the sofa bed hadn't been hoovered. There were three of us in the room, but it was set up for two, so we had to ask for extra cups, bathrobes, and water. There was a card left, which was for a previous guest
