Don't stay here. No way, not ever again.
2.0By comparison to other Hyatt Place properties I've stayed at, this one is awful. It is old, tired and in desperate need of renovation. The staff are clearly unhappy too. There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower and you wouldn't want to walk on that carpet in your bare feet. Worst, I felt unsafe in a parking lot which relied on a weed and broken concrete filled adjacent property that is boarded up. I had no choice about parking my car there and was charged $19 for the privilege.

2.0Comfortable beds
− Staff we didn’t request came into our room 3x for things we didn’t ask for. First it was because they said we reported a leaky toilet. We didn’t. Next it was with towels we didn’t order. Both just used their key to enter. We put the chain on after that, and good thing, because a 3rd person tried to enter our room at 9:00 pm. We shouted at them to go away. Called the front desk and they suggested we put out the @Do not disturb” sign. No apology. What a terrible experience! We felt unsafe and our privacy was violated. Told day time manager in the morning and they were very apologetic.
Good location near the airport with tons of restaurants in walking distance.
10.0The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable seating area with rotating TV- can rotate facing the seating area or rotate facing bed are. Bathroom is spacious as well. Very convenient and comfortable.
− The outside smells Skunk.
Location was perfect. The AC was not that great.
6.0The location was perfect for us since the All-State Arena was right next door.
− We were on the top floor and it was very warm. We couldn't get the room below 76 degrees. The Hallways was even hotter.
