It was disappointing.
4.0Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was good, but sadly lots of homeless people and noisey teens therefore very little sleep happened!
− Decor and quality of hotel.... its tired and needs some updating.
Average stay. Clean but basic room
5.0It was a good location for an event nearby and close to Tottenham court station
− The room was small. Which was ok but the bathroom was tiny you could barely stand in the floor between the basin and toilet. the shower kept going hot then col. The little ticket they give you said you can't eat in the room which was odd.
