− The microwave and blinds were broken. The reason we picked a hotel instead of an AirBNB was for the pool and the whole time there it was out of service.

− Hotel is poorly poorly maintaned. Embarassing. Nothing works: laundry machine, pancake machine, communal fridge, threadmill, ALL at of ORDER. It became a joke. This place should not be in business.
Horrible, Health Dept needs to be investigating this facility.
1.0Absolutely Nothing!!
− Anything!! The lack of professionalism of the entire staff. The inconvenience of my room initially being on the 3rd floor without a working elevator. Then to move us to the first floor, with a handicap accessible room as if to say they were doing me a favor, was insulting. The dirty blood stained wash cloth underneath the mattress, oh and the black mold that was in the floor of the shower.
