− Was not clean, not comfortable, and took forever to get checked in. Said I did not pay and clearly had the confirmation from booking.com. had to prove i had paid.

− Checking in took a very long time, and they said they could not find my reservation. They finally found it and said they had a "new system". I also had to show them what I was supposed to pay through booking.com.
