1.0Lots of homeless couldn’t sleep because of the noise with their carts. Guy with a gun walking by our room holding a gun.

it was a horrible day. We had no TV no hot water and drug addict. Who bothered our asleep all night.

− Drug deals in CARPARK! Reception tried to blame me for damage already in room before check in. Told me it was my responsibility to check for damage in arrival Horrible experience. Did not feel safe could wait to check out. After un needed stress of lost security deposit for damage already there. No
