9.0− The valet parking needs work check out is 11 nobody at the stand and only one person working have to wait for them to get the other waiting may need more than one worked on a weekend also rooms should have a microwave for the price

9.0This hotel is very close to Bourbon Street. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. Most staff is helpful and pleasant to interact with.
− Breakfast was very expensive with not much to offer. The room that we had had an ugly view.
Overall stay was excellent
8.0Room was beautiful. Could have used more coffee stocked in the room (we asked they brought us right away), the lighting was beautiful but not bright when needed (bathroom and over sick/coffee area)
− Better Valet attendance, took awhile for someone to come out each time to get our vehicle
