1.0Price was good but obviously you get what you pay for. Air conditioning worked fine. Photos are not accurate on booking.com or the motel website. Location was good.
− Room surfaces were really dirty. Furniture was broken. Shower curtain was broken and actually fell down at one point. There was no closet or hanging space. There wasn't even a towel rack for a hand towel or anywhere to hang a towel. Bed was as hard as a rock. We've stayed at America's Best value inns before and they aren't fancy but have always been clean. This one was gross. We had no where else to go for the two days we were in town so were stuck here.

− No place to hang clothes. The manager sent down a portable rack on which to hang my clothes. Which was appreciated.

1.0− Worst experience ever. Bed bugs and roaches infestation where a child was bitten by these disgusting creatures. Staff did not care. Promise full refund by management but that was not the case. It was pulling teeth to even get a return of incidental hold. Everything was paid in cash. Room was horrendously unkept with moldy bathroom and lumpy, uncomfortable bed with cigarette burned bedding. The furnitures were dusty and the floors needed a broom and mop service. The television was cracked and the room did not smell refreshing. If you want comfort and a good night sleep, this is not your place. Stay away for your peace of mind.
Some of the towels were ruined. No free water, and shampoo.
