9.0Son emplacement, le confort et l'accueil. Les petits plus comme les boissons chaudes à disposition à l'accueil 24h/24. Parking gratuit. Hôtel calme. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée (frigo et micro-ondes,) Les messages du personnel pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien et leur disponibilité. C'est vraiment une chaîne d'hôtel que je recommande car nous y avons toujours été très bien reçus.

10.0We had an amazing experience thanks to, Jesse the front desk manager, who went out of his way to accommodate every request. All staff members including breakfast staff and crew were so welcoming and on top of things. The hotel is fairly new, clean and convenient to many local attractions including, Fort Meyers, Sanibel, Bonita Springs and more.
− Nothing really. Ice machine on our floor was broken but these things happen, no big deal. They had another one that was working on the ground floor which worked out well.
