10.0i like the food beside the village inn! its was called a crossroads restaurant. good job for the service, tge quissadilla is really good and theyre soup is perfect! i want to go back there again. thank you and we appreciate the service!

7.0The room was a great size, very clean.
− The new locks on the doors are a keypad, it was a pain to put in a 7 digit code everytime you wanted to open your door. Would have preferred a key card. The bathroom sink and toilet did not drain very well, but were still able to be used.
Poor experience, not recommended
3.0− Lock with password need to be punched manually and I got one not working even it said unlocked, had to go down and asked staff help. End up with opened another room. The room we got is still like unfinished renovation with wires wrapped with tape, wall with filler waiting for paint. Feel lack of standard. Staff refused to open even a little earlier we got there 3pm and was told 4pm to check in when showing website shows 3:30pm check in, reluctant to check in for us. Staff refused to let you to check in even earlier a few minutes with excuse of room is not in the cleaning, which is just a lie. When complaining with the room condition the staff said we can cancel it but since we have already been in the room and can only refund partially. Be very careful booking in this hotel.
Wouldn’t recommend it
5.0− Was not clean and tired looking, door stuck trying to open. The door closer arm was broken. The towel rack in bathroom was broken and barely hanging in place .

− Room had old rotten food in the fridge window and screen had been replaced with cardboard and duct tape that had failed (air conditioning installation) Curtains were short one panel, couldn't block out the light. Tub was dirty. Won't go back
