10.0So 4 months ago our house flooded then we had to move to this hotel for a little. They were very accommodating. The hotel was clean. They clean very often.

− No WiFi Staff did not know area Bugs in the room AC was very poor
Trrrificication. Can’t beat the view and walking path along the harbor area or on quiet street

Decent For a Night's Stay
7.0The location was good, in a safe area. Very important in Oakland.
− The walls are paper thin. The beds are on the same wall and the man next door was snoring so loud it was difficult to go to sleep.
Great staff, room size and views! Breakfast could improve.
7.0Very accommodating when we got there early after a long flight, allowed us to change and store our luggage until room was ready.
− Breakfast wasn’t worth getting. Coffee,porridge sachets and cake on offer.
I will not be staying there again.

− They "upgraded " me to a room with a view. But did not have a queen size bed. No ice machine. Bed felt like a pull out bed. Not comfortable.
