Good stay. Front desk person before my stay was very rude. breakfast Sasuages were cooked to death.

Blood and bed bugs
1.0Absolutely nothing.
− The blood on the sheets (bed bug bite marks, which shows sheets weren't washed ) and the bed bugs I found were horrifying! I was in and out of that hotel within 15 mins. They kept trying to give me a different room 🤮 The whole place stunk like it's never been deep cleaned. Looks like there haven't been any updates on the hotel since the 1970s. Deplorable and disgusting. Then to top it all off the lady was giving me attitude through the whole conversation. She gave me the refund and I went back to my car. I looked at the receipt *I asked for* and she only refunded me for 1 night (it was a 2 night stay) I had to go back in that nasty hotel to receive the refund for the other night. The front desk lady said "oops I didn't see that" Sure she didn't, she just thought I wouldn't notice before I left town. Glad I kept on my journey for a refund before I left the city, I don't think that I would have ever received a refund. The lady also made an excuse that she didn't answer Booking.com or me because she only had 30 min to reply. Don't step foot in this place!
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay & I will be back!
