Stay was ok but disappointing.
3.0The location was great, right near where we were exploring. Easy to walk to all things Old Orchard has to offer. Parking was easy and there was a spot specific to the room which was nice.
− The room was ok, out dated. In the bathroom, the main reason I rented this hotel, there was a jacuzzi tub but only 2 of the 8 jets worked. When we got there the bathroom door was very hard to open and close. In the morning the bottom of the door completely fell off.
Keys didn’t work to get in the first room we were given. Tv didn’t work, floor was sticky and dirty, blood on the shower
