− En recepción no hay clima. No hay elevadores en las torres de habitación. Pocos baños en los restaurantes. Fuimos varios de la familia, no pudimos reservar en los restaurantes juntos. Mucho trabajo para reservar Mi habitación se dañó el clima Y si me cambiaron a otra habitación....hasta el tercero. Los autos todo el tiempo en el sol. Los baños de los restaurantes muy pocos para el volumen de comensales

− La mala atención de los meseros, que no había lugar para ir a los restaurantes, la poca limpieza de las habitaciones, que en la mayoría de las áreas no había aire acondicionado y era un sofoco con tanto calor.
