A very nice hotel
10.0A very nice and quiet location for this hotel with a comfortable and spacious room. The kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful as was one of the behind-the-desk staff. Other staff didn't acknowledge us when we came and went. This hotel had everything we were looking for in our stay in Fort Wayne.
The Worst Residence Inn
2.0We have been coming to this hotel every year for at least 10 years every August.. It has been going down hill for years.. The dirtiness is unacceptable. i only slept here the 1st night! after i saw the amount of mold on the couch i refused to sleep in that room another night! service did the best they could to cover up the cigarette smell.. the amount of mold i saw when i took the cushion off to pull out the bed is beyond disgusting.. It should be ILLEGAL!!! i stayed in room 130 from August 15th to August 17th.. the audacity to charge a pet fee is laughable! stay away from this place.. far nicer hotels around ft wayne with cheaper rates!!! we will never be back!
