6.0Fair breakfast but small dining room space.
− Very poor insulation - you can hear people talking in the corridor and moving in the rooms above until late at night and starting early in the morning. The pool is very noisy and crowded, not enough chairs to sit on. Only one computer at the guest desk, the check-in took over 10 min even though just 2 people waiting
A bit of a mixed bag. Overpriced for a weekday stay in my opinion.
5.0Very comfortable bed and the kids loved the waterslide. The breakfast was quite good. The location is really nice so you can access everything you need or it is a quick walk to get on the free Airdrie hop on hop off bus.
− The rooms are very old and smell musty. We were in the room right next to the pool so that might have been why it smelled like that. We were awoken by staff (I think) moving ladders and doing work right outside our room at 7:00 am. The hallway echoes every time someone allows their door to close on its own which is very startling and loud especially if you are sleeping. The bathroom fan was hanging 1/2 out of the ceiling. The pool water was murky. I have paid this rate for other hotels in Edmonton and Kelowna and the rooms were updated and much quieter compared to this one.
Could have been better but it was ok for the few night we stayed.
5.0The continental breakfast was really good. It had a pool which is excellent option for kids. The location was excellent with a few meal options nearby.
− The beds were never made and garbage's not always emptied by cleaning staff when they came to service the room. They left fresh towels at least. The hot tub was not always hot. A couple days it was barely luke warm.
