6.0Acomodação, localização e facilidades na região. Atendimento adequado para a categoria do hotel. Prestadores de serviçõs muito atenciosos. Café da manhão muito bem servido.
− Preço exorbitante: reservei pelo booking, com escolha de moeda em R$, porém apareceu o valor em USD, o que me induziu a comparar o valor de forma irreal, para um hotel bresileiro que cobra em dólares norte-americanos. Anúncio enganoso que me induziu a pagar bem mais do que pagaria em uma acomodação similar.

7.0Localização, simpatia e prestatividade dos funcionários, conforto da cama, excelente café da manhã. A recepção é imponente e os elevadores passam um ar de sofisticação. A vista era impecável. Não fomos à praia desta vez, mas o hotel disponibiliza um serviço gratuito de barracas e cadeiras.
− Não tivemos nenhum problema específico com nossa estadia, no entanto nos incomodamos com algumas características do quarto. Primeiramente, nossa TV não era smart - não que o objetivo da viagem fosse ficar vendo séries por streaming, mas eu esperaria o mais moderno da tecnologia de um hotel 5 estrelas. Ademais, a porta do banheiro era do estilo "saloon" e ficava uma fresta aberta de cerca de 2cm entre elas, não isolando totalmente o banheiro do restante do quarto, sendo um pouco desconfortável pela diminuição da privacidade. Não me atentei pelas fotos que o chuveiro era de cortina e em cima de uma banheira. Sei que isso é uma diferença cultural mas não posso dizer que essa conformação me agrada. Nada dessas questões prejudicaram nossa experiência, mas o custo-beneficio deixou a desejar.
