− No towels, had to get from front desk. Breakfast was awful

− Gym and pool were closed and bathroom shower backed up while taking a shower.
A good, clean room option for a one-night stay during a road trip.
7.0This was a very standard Holiday Inn express. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious with a good number of outlets for electronics. The room had a refrigerator/freezer and a microwave.
− The breakfast was a pretty typical carbohydrate packing experience. They ran out of scrambled eggs and did not refresh them for the time that we were there.
We enjoy holiday inn, but will not stay at this location again.
2.0Location to where we needed to go
− It took us almost 20 minutes waiting to check in. When we got to our room, both of our comforters were dirty. We asked to swap comforters but was told they were all being "washed". We said that's fine we were going to get something to eat. When we got back, we were only given 1 comforter and they said they had no more. Our key cards stopped working three times. Everytime we went to the desk we had to ring the "doorbell" which is fine, but took forever for someone to come to the desk.
