− One of 2 bars not open during regular hours, café not open on time as advertised, not enough towels, gym closed, limited menu at grill, did not give beach entry pass one time which caused back and forth trips, did not acknowledge birthday as requested and confirmed, staff members not friendly

10.0Great location, great atmosphere. Room was spacious. Got all our requests for extra blankets and towels. The ambience was great especially because of the staff from the front desk staff to the cleaners. We especially enjoy Nelly the entertainment coordinator. She was amazing friendly, played and interacted with us whenever she saw us. She has great customer service even though she almost won us on Ludo game lol. We had a blast.

10.0Nellie was amazing, friendly, welcoming, We played a childhood game (ludo)that I had not played in decades and we had awesome going back in time. my twin sister and I teamed up against her and we had the best of time. She is beautiful inside and out i would definitely come back. By the way I beat her at the game.. Her vibes monday night inside the bar was great keep it up beautee

− The stairs no elevator and security. Someone knocked on my door 1115 pm one night claiming to be from management and the room would be available. But at 1130 if you’re management wouldn’t you know
Big Family trip 2026
8.0This hotel was great very small from hotels we usually stay at. My family had a great time at the beach which was across the street and the small pool. The last night (Saturday)I love ❤️ the activity and the entertainment group. The staff were 5stars and entertainment as well.They needed more food options as the buffet was the only great food option and pool stand that does not stay open long night. Overall great location to party,staff was very friendly and can't stop praising the entertainment team that every night made the hotel enjoyable. Family trip successfully 2026
