− The cleanliness of the rooms. There were flies all over the three Rooms I rented and they smelled badly. I had to go buy Lysol to clean the room myself
This is the second major issue we have had like this while booking on THIS SITE. Will not be using Booking.com again.
1.0Only the location because it was convenient for where we were headed. However, I wish we had stayed somewhere else.
− We were super dissatisfied with our stay here. We drove 4+ hours after work to this location and arrived after 9PM— when we arrived we were given our room key to room 106 and the room was still trashed from the previous occupants. We were then placed in a room upstairs that smelled like cigarette smoke with our 5 year old. It was uncomfortable, unclean, and very disappointing. The hotel refused any refund or discount for the inconvenience. Photos of the room we were given are attached to this review. Do not stay here!
