1.0It was close to sand mountain.
− The staff was extremely rude. Had I not booked on this website and already paid I would have left and found somewhere else to stay. Got there 5 mins before check in. She made me wait. Then when 3:00 come around she had the worst additude like she hated her job and it was an inconvenience I was checking in. The room was filthy. The shower was clogged. There was used soap bars left by the sink. The sheets had stains. The pillows were flat. The pool was not open.
Presented drivers license. Clerk said I was NOT in system. Ref
