Stay could have been better if others had respect for the ones trying to sleep.
8.0Clean but for some reason I kept itching and don't know why. Beds were very comfortable.
− Someone was very loud from 12:00AM-!:30 AM which made it impossible to sleep. I realize not your fault but was very annoying. They were in parking lot below us and talking very loud and cussing a lot. This is why I paid more to stay but that didn't seem to pay off.
My first stay was much, much better than the last one.
7.0My stay before was good. No issues.
− Once in the shower found there to be no conditioner in the bottle. Went to breakfast and there were hardly any breakfast items, not because of the time of morning but because an incorrect order had been placed and items were not there to be served for breakfast - what was told to me when asked.
Needs some improvement and night staff needs some training
9.0I didn't get to experience the breakfast because of early meetings and being handicapped was a little challenging for me
− Not enough pillows and TV was very complicated to operate
