10.0We actually stayed at the Movenpick Hotel as the Grand Mercure was undergoing renovations. Muaht and his team at the Movenpick Hotel have been incredible. They helped us with every request and went out of their way to help us rebook our flight back to the UK after experiencing travel disruptions. I would thoroughly recommend staying here especially because of the kindness of the staff
− In retrospect we would have appreciated a bit more advanced notice that the we’d be staying at the Movenpick Hotel instead of the Grand Mercure

1.0− we already make payment on Booking.com few days before the check-in, yet the reception repeating charged the fee into the guaranteed card!! Message to the hotel and they only ask us call booking.com. Very poor service for a 5-star hotel!
