Good value and very clean
9.0Cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations, it seemed the bathroom has been renewed, very clean.

We did not stay because the place was dirty.
1.0Nothing did not stay, manger showed us the rooms … they smelled really bad dirty and everything was old … place needs to be renovated.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
1.0The beds were comfortable.
− The halls did not have AC on. It was very hot! Our rooms did not have AC on when we got there. The inside of the room was 86° when we turned the AC on at 8:30 p.m. by 11:30 p.m. it was still 81° when we were trying to go to bed. We had spent all day in DC with 115° heat index and we were looking forward to a nice cool room. The man at the front desk made us rent two rooms because he would not allow our family of five to stay in one room even with my youngest being 14. The breakfast was very disappointing. There was no meat, eggs were the only protein choice, everything else was bread.
