6.0The hotel staff was very pleasant and welcoming. However, when we arrived, we were informed that we would be staying in a regular room, even though we had paid for an executive room. The receptionist explained that since we booked through Expedia and the hotel was at full capacity, they could only accommodate us in a standard room. The location was excellent within walking distance of the mall and several restaurants. The only other downside was the parking, which felt confusing and inconvenient.
