− Cleanliness, lack of facilities, food, very outdated and not value for money.
Great location to explore the lakes, wouldn’t use this hotel again.

− Generally run down. The breakfast was about the worst we’ve ever had at a hotel! Very little choice, instant coffee!

6.0I liked the location, the gardens were nice and the breakfast was good. The room was warm and comfortable.
− The shower did not work well, took ages to heat up and kept cutting out. The TV in the room did not work on live TV The hotel decor was tired and needed updating
