− Estuvinmos cuando se jugo la final del mundo de futbol y el hotel permitio que entre la policia militar intimidando a las familias y dejando que unos huespedes del hotel brasileros provoquen a los huepedes Argentinos, TOTALMENTE FUERA DE LUGAR!

Hermoso hotel familiar
8.0El parque de agua, las pasarelas selváticas que unen los distintos espacios, el agua termal de las piletas.
− El bufete de cena. No tenía calidad ni variedad.
Muito bom, mas custo benefício deveria ser melhor.
7.0Piscinas e área externa muito boas, temperatura da água muito agradável, atendimento muito cordial e prestativo.
− Manutenção do quarto deixou muito a desejar: móveis quebrados, estragados e com estado de conservação questionável. Preços muitos altos praticados dentro das dependências não condizentes com a qualidade da comida. Por se tratar de um hotel classificado por 5 estrelas eu esperaria mais.
