Terrible, awful, stay anywhere else
2.0This hotel has gotten so bad it’s almost funny. Located in a good area, they have let the property completely fall apart. The rooms are filthy and outdated. The carpets are nasty and the bathrooms are gross. It’s shocking that Hilton hasn’t fixed this place. It now attracts the appropriate clientele. When I first stayed here 10 years ago it was a perfect hotel for business travel. Now it is full of idiots, playing music and screaming at each other through the walls and fighting in the halls at midnight. When you call the front desk someone who doesn’t speak English will answer and act confused. Do not stay at this hotel is you want to sleep. Do stay at this hotel if you like meth and crime and idiots. Do better Hilton. Tear it down, start again.

10.0Wonderful stay from start to finish! The check-in experience set the tone—Stephen was absolutely fantastic. He went out of his way to get us an early check-in, which made a huge difference after traveling. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The fitness center was well appointed, and we enjoyed having a fridge and safe in our room. The location couldn’t be better—convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
