Customer service is good but the rooms were trash for the price
4.0− Sink in room was clogged, light switch didn't work at all when entered the room, stains on carpet, toilet sits really low, I had to swing the door all the way open to walk in just to get past the toilet, the ac was either too cold or too hot no medium temperature, and really dim in the couch area

8.0Staff friendly, good breakfast but every day is the same. Nice and comfortable beds. Free shuttle from/to airport 15 minutes walking to metro blue line..
