6.0Room 222 very much run down, smoke detector broken, bathroom floor tile mainly all loose and grout all over the floor. Needed floor swept. Breakfast was a negative score.

8.0good room good breakfast nice hot tub. The only issue is we kept having to get a new room card and the lady was kind of rude about it. Not sure why the old ones kept going out because we never put it next to anything and we went through about five cards while staying here and room service went through our stuff so I wouldn’t leave anything valuable in the room but they didn’t take anything. Just thought it was kinda weird that my backpack was opened but I didn’t want to point fingers.

8.0There were no coffee cups in unit. There is a bad urine smell on the floor of the bathroom. Staff VERY slow to answer bell for check-in.
