2.0We have stayed at this hotel a total of 4 times. A few weeks ago we stayed again. We love the location and the hotel itself is fine. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights and when we arrived we decided to only stay one night. I cancelled the second night with the front desk staff and was told twice that the second nights charge would be refunded within a couple days. No refund ever came. I called the hotel and was told to call back later that day. I did and again was told it should be refunded. It wasn't so I called again and spoke to the owner. He was very rude and hung up on me. I called the next morning and was told they couldn't do anything for me and to call expedia. I booked directly with the hotel so I can't go back through expedia. The lady insisted I booked with expedia and then said to call back later and speak to the owner. Needless to say, I still haven't received a refund for the second night and will NEVER stay there again. The staff (except for Carol) were extremely rude.
Great fall getaway!
8.0Reid's Ridge Lodge was very nicely done in a mountain cabin theme. The room was clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The Lodge is easy to access and close to restaurants and shopping and downtown. We enjoyed our stay.
