Satisfied with our stay
6.0We stayed in the suite with the pull out couch and this worked nicely for our family. Nice to sit in the living area at night instead of sitting on a bed. Morning breakfast was OK - a bit pricey at $17 ea. If you have young children, they will enjoy the arcade and pool table. Location is convenient to Okemo. We ate at Killarney's Irish Pub and DJ's Restaurant in town on 103 and food was good. Singleton's General Store around the corner at 356 Main St. had delicious sandwiches you can order at the deli.
Not the best
4.0So this location is great i will give it that. As far as the rooms at the castle, the furniture is so out of date it boarders dirty. The couch in the living area is so sunk in I had to help my husband get out of it (and he is not a big man). The two days we were there we were woken up every morning with people above us moving furniture and it sounded like a child running back and forth consistantly. I think the staff lives upstairs and that is who was so loud every morning. The walls are like paper you can hear everything. Oh and every now and then you will hear the train go by. Don't stay here if you want an good night/morning sleep. The castle, i understand you can't do cosmetic updates due to the structure of the building but you can get new furniture that isn't brown from wear and tear. Outdated and not in a good way

10.0Convenient that there is a restaurant is in the Castle, we also loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.
Lovely outdoor pool and hot tub in winter
8.0Outdoor hot tub and heated saltwater pool (in winter!) were for sure the high light. So lovely and room had robes to wear to get there. Room was fine and well kept. There was no maid service and the breakfast was terrible, but otherwise all was good.
Nice relaxing single night away
6.0Nice Sunday night stay, little bummed the restaurant wasn't open but there were other places around that were. Had a single king sized bed in a clean room with a fridge, coffee maker and couch. Lots of tv channels and the bed was comfortable making it a nice, relaxing getaway. Didn't check out the pool but it was there in case we wanted it.

10.0Beautiful property and an excellent value for its quality. It would be good if there were a second restaurant on the grounds, however.
