8.0Everything was very nice, we had an issue with the TV and a gentleman (Lester ?) came up, expeditiously and was very pleasant! Offered us something complimentary (of which I got soup because I was a little under the weather), but turns out I went to the wrong place for that. Another incident with the price of the room. All in all, it was a good stay!

9.0It was convenient and it was clean. Beds were so soft. We slept great! The food was great! Staff was so friendly!
− Our room smelled like a slight smell of a animal had been in there. Wasn’t bad enough to make a fuss over. Other than that and the price for one night for a king bed was $177. The rest was perfect!
Clean, friendly, and comfortable but….
10.0We are Bonvoy members and were disappointed at the lack of amenities for the price. There was no water, coffee, newspaper, breakfast, etc. which we are accustomed to. No hot tub either which was in the ad. However, a young lady that checked us in on Sunday, the 26th, saw we were struggling and brought out a luggage rack for us! She said it was her 2nd day. Hence the 5 stars!
