− You need to close it down and do an overhaul of the place. The bed was great that's the only thing that was good . The carpet was filthy I mean filthy. the toilet ran all night and took the lid off black mold. I used the hair blower which overheated the handle and I had to throw it down or I would have got burned. Tried calling the front office on the phone it's completely without any numbers to dial to get the front I mean it shows nothing. The front door's old so they have a chain on the top and then a lock but you still can move the door it's not secure. I was tired and had my granddaughter with me she was afraid we were going to get bed bugs I should have gone somewhere else but it is what it is this hotel needs to be refurbished. Oh yes and the pool was covered. It's 90° out and you couldn't use the pool because the pool is covered. And I went to get ice and the ice machine was out of order. Never in my life have I stayed in such a decrypted hotel and I will never do it again. The TV wouldn't turn on so I had to get the front office to come and fix it and then the TV wouldn't shut off. So I looked at it and on the side of the TV there were some little buttons for on and off hit. But what a nightmare of a place.

1.0Did not get the chance to stay, my room was canceled due to the facility being shut down. I found it on the day of first stay.
We didn't get to go to Helen and we were very disappointed.
1.0They canceled my stay . They said they were flooded out! Didn't help me get another hotel.
− They didn't offer me any kind of free stay because I had to make other arrangements. I was very disappointed with they way they handled the situation.
