A+ from Check-in to Check-out
10.0From our arrival at The Lindy until our check out five days later, our experience was exceptional. Brent was the first to greet us, helped us with bags and was amazing. Checking in was a piece of cake, everyone was friendly, professional and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean and daily housekeeping was a plus as so many hotels no longer provide that. The “little details” made a big difference…cold towels awaited us in the lobby daily, free bottled water at valet and at the check- in counter and a hydration station on our floor with ice machines as well as hot and cold water dispensers. The location of the hotel was excellent, we felt central to everything and the shops within walking distance were great! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!
Wonderful Experience
10.0We stayed at the Lindy a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The hotel is beautiful with great rooms. The cafe and restaurant were also wonderful especially for breakfast. The hotel is located exactly in the middle of everything and steps away from King Street. Everyone was helpful and friendly and welcoming. My family and I especially enjoyed meeting Mr. John. We saw him a few times during our stay and he was just so kind and friendly. My girls still talk about Mr. John and how much they enjoyed meeting him. We loved the hotel and we loved Charleston but Mr. John really was the perfect example of southern hospitality.
