3.0I had stayed there before so I knew the location was great.
− It felt rundown. There is now a charge for parking. No one cleaned our room. When I tried to call front desk to find out how to get clean towels, no one answered the phone. I went downstairs and an employee with an engineer name tag informed me we had to request our room be cleaned. When is that a standard practice? There were children running and shouting in the halls after 10 pm and knocking on doors. Upon check out we learned that person who checked us in marked that we didn’t want our room cleaned but hadn’t asked us. When I mentioned the new cost for parking which wasn’t secure parking, the front desk person said, “ you didn’t use our garage?” What garage?

10.0We used the shuttle service that was available to us. Sidney Peters was our personal chauffeur and was over the top to ensure that we were comfortable and accommodating in every way. When we come back, we will stay here again specifically because of Sidney’s hospitality and friendliness he showed us at our stay, making us feel right at home. A lasting impression we will never forget!
