Do NOT TRUST Holiday Inn!
1.0− During the booking process, on Booking.com, the booking confirmation doesn't go through. The problem is either with Booking.com or with Holiday Inn. In the absence of a confirmation, I am forced to rebook it. Turns out it has been booked and PAID twice. I discover it on arrival (2 identical bookings, same person, same dates) and request a cancellation. They say they cannot because they payment is still with Booking.com. I contact Booking.com who says they paid Holiday Inn and send them a request for cancellation. Eventually, no refund. Holiday Inn was aware of the problem before receiving the payment, got my money twice, and didn't refund anything. All because of a failure of THEIR reservation system!!! Don't risk your money with a dishonest company!
