10.0Very spacious (separate bedroom) and clean room. Nice modern kitchenette with all you need. Quiet all night; nice hotel location away from a busy area. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast (good eggs and sausage, fresh toppings, hot oatmeal with all the good toppings, plain yogurt (no sugar) available, good coffee and good orange juice. Professional and helpful front desk staff; they went to the kitchen to get me a ziploc of ice so I could ice my foot from an injury. Nice grounds both well landscaped and lots of options like the pool, cornhole, basketball.
