Terrible service and completely ruined my trip
1.0Breakfast location is good. Food was o.k.... the food is running low, but they haven't refilled it.
− I had to change rooms four times. First because the sink wouldn't drain, then because of cockroaches, next due to a loud AC, and finnally because the AC was too noisy again. I was already exhausted, and constantly moving rooms completely ruined my trim.

− They cancelled my reservation w/o even telling me or my approval. So I go check in at 1am and look totally stupid upon giving them my confirmation number & then staff telling me that my reservation was cancelled. All rooms were booked & I was S.O.L pretty much
