A good stay in a central hotel that matched our requirements.
8.0Lovely outside garden with plenty of seating. Good on site car park and very near to the centre of town.
− The hotel was VERY hot. Carpet on the stairs and passageways in the annex wing was very worn and dated.
Location excellent, staff brilliant, hotel facilities average.
7.0All staff that we met were extremely charming
− We had a bedside light that did not work. More importantly, on our first of two mornings, we had no hot water. For the price we paid I think the hotel should concentrate more on making sure everything is functional.
