The property is older but still a decent place to stay.
6.0The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and very big. The breakfast was delicious.
− I assumed the property would be closer to Hershey Park. The breakfast area was a little small. The property was old. My biggest issue with the property was that the door to the room did not have a privacy lock.

Disrespectful service
1.0The breakfast was OK
− Access to the property is not secure after hours, anyone can gain entry thru the side door. There are no cameras. Also the wifi is very unstable. The overnight staff was kind, however.the management service in the daytime here was awful. While enjoying the cool clean air outside after checking out waiting for an Uber, I was yelled at. Travel is fluid and plans change. Don't expect any understanding or respect once people have your money. Don't expect to get any work done on personal devices, they have terrible, slow internet. That's after you spend your time calling some line to get connected. And taking a shower means standing in a bath. Oddly enough the breakfast was the best part.
