− the hallway carpets are stained and smell like animal pee. The pool was not working at all.

− The room smelled like dog pee. A roach fell from the ceiling onto my head in the bathroom. The bathroom sink kept filling up and not draining.

1.0The room was is overall terrible... Sheets were dirty, the room phone wasn't accessible, Hallway smelled terrible. Definitely needs to be Shut down. I Will NEVER BOOK HERE EVER AGAIN.

− Bed was uncomfortable, sink was broken, no one changed my trash and was only given one small can, seen a roach, pool was closed, key card stopped working at midnight the day before checkout, blinds were broken, hallways smelled and carpet was wet
