Horrible, uncomfortable, never staying here again.
2.0This is possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s currently 12:30am I have to catch a flight at 5am and I haven’t been able to sleep a wink. The whole experience has been terrible. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful when I checked in. I had issues with my company paying for the room beforehand and he didn’t even offer to help or even just look into it. The lobby and rooms are extremely dated and grimy to match the aged appearance. The room has a thermostat that doesn’t work; not a big deal the controls on the unit themselves seems to work at first, but now they’ve stopped working and the room is hot. The bed is so hard I may as well be sleeping on the floor. No matter how I lay on it, one of my arms goes numb. The blankets are cheap but at least you don’t need them since the room is so hot. Lastly, there’s no sound proofing despite being right next to the airport. I can hear every airplane and loud car going by through my headphones. I’m exhausted and frustrated. I’ll never be staying here again.
One hotel to avoid
2.0This is the hotel to avoid. Badly in need of updating, decorating, replacing curtains etc. The curtains were torn in our rooms. The service was horrible. To add insult to injury they had a power outage from 11pm through till 3am
Great overall experience
10.0Very nice hotel. The staff is kind and very knowledgeable. I love their breakfast and nice pool area. Out of 10 visits I only had one visit with a small problem. It was with their toilets and they came right over to try to fix it. It wasn’t fixed, but I will come here again because I know I get great overall service and attention. I know my next stay will be a better one with a better toilet. Thank you BW.

10.0This Hotel I always stay at. It is easy to get to San Francisco, the airport and other locations. Great prices Vs SF Hotel Prices and you get Free Breakfast in the morning. The Staff are Amazing and the hallways and rooms floors are very clean !!
Excellent run hotel
10.0This is a an excellent run hotel by the airport. We stay often for 7 or more days while taking care of family in the city. Having a car and knowing the traffic flow in and out of SF, makes it a great base. All areas of the hotel are well run from the check in desk and customer services to breakfast quality and service, room service, maintenance and cleanliness. Even the small gym is well kept. It can be a little noisy on the street but the trade off of the experienced customer services and the location near the airport make it a great airport hotel.
