Disappointed that “ocean front “ was actually over a football field walk to ocean.! The sand dunes
8.0Breakfast was delivered to room! Not a lot of choices but all was good except sausage biscuits. Biscuits were doughy.
− We prefer the dining room w/continental breakfast w/waffles and cereal.
My granddaughter and I had a great time!
9.0The place is very quaint and brought back many beach memories growing up. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff.
− I would have preferred umbrellas at the pool. It was so hot it was impossible to stay out for very long.

It was OK. Bathroom was too small for my liking especially having two people..

− The noise, especially people above us. Complained to front desk, really never got resolved.
A fun, memorable stay every year!
10.0Breakfast is a huge perk and very yummy. The rooms are so clean and I fit my family of 5 very comfortably! The owners and staff are so friendly! It’s truly a gem on the beach!
