8.0A very nice quiet hotel on the outskirts of Albert within easy walking distance of the town centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar was a great place to have a late night drink, and although we didn’t use the dining room the menu looked very good.

Nice hotel but insufficient staffing
6.0Hotel building is lovely and room was clean and comfortable however staffing was awful. On the night we stayed, one member of staff was waiting in the restaurant as well as covering reception and the bar and not surprisingly made several mistakes with our order. Menu is extensive but had only 2 vegetarian options, a bowl of soup and a salad, a vegetable risotto was on the menu but we were told it wasn’t available. Same happened at breakfast when we had to wait for a table to be cleared by the receptionist.
