− Ice machine was broke on the 5th floor had to walk all the way down to the first floor to get ice with bad legs that was not convenient

6.0The hotel seems pleasant enough, but the room has very dirty carpeting, rusty door handles, a dirty toilet, and blankets with gray stains.
Probably won’t stay there again.
4.0Beds were comfy
− TV didn’t work. No remote to it. Asked for remote, was given a remote and told to program it ourselves. Couldn’t get it programmed. Gave it back at check out and told them again it didn’t work. Then they told us it wasn’t even the right remote to any of their TVs. Housekeeping woke us up twice, before 9:00. They tried to just walk in.
