2.0Terrible rooms, very outdated and all cabinets had water damage. The microwave and refrigerator looked like they were 50 years olds and very filthy. We didn’t even want to use them. There was only one trash can in the whole suite and it was the one in the bathroom. The hall ways and room smelled like sewer/plumbing issues during our whole stay! Overall a terrible stay. Unfortunately we couldn’t find anything close by to cancel our reservation.

4.0Before booking I searched up the hotel. I should have known better that extended stay meant people live there. The room above us the people were so noisy. Almost sounded like they were throwing a ball around. The complimentary breakfast was just a muffin. Me and my husband only came out for a show at the house of blues. Which location was awesome. We just walked there. Disney is near by too. The bed had stains. Yeah for the price I guess it’s ok because all other hotels in the area were expensive.

Nightmare stay at Extended Stay America in Anaheim
2.0There were no clean wash cloths or towels on Saturday, so how could we shower for the day?. And there was a putrid sulfur smell coming from the sink. It was the worst experience. I called corporate customer service to complain and i haven't received a call back. I deserve a refund for my troubles
