10.0The hotel is always great, rooms are comfortable, bed is soft and welcoming, shower is hot and strong, and the food in this hotel is simply amazing. The management made sure to take care of me in ways the ITC Grand Central completely failed. This is by far the better of the two ITC hotels in Mumbai. Highly recommended.

8.0I had to change rooms twice as I found the 12th floor having a strong smell of smoke and mould from the non smoking floors upstairs. The 12th floor appeared dated and in need of some work. The age was showing. I was moved to the 11th floor the next day which was at a much higher level.
