− Шум в номере который не дает уснуть.

6.0L'emplacement est excellent. La chambre était spacieuse.
− L'hygiène. Il y avait une pièce dans l'omelette, dans la carafes pour chauffer l'eau il y avait des raisins. Les draps n'ont jamais été changés pendant la semaine. Je déteste la moquette et de partout il y a la moquette. Le personnel à l'exception de peu de personnes, était odieux et mal poli.

− 1. Один человек на ресепшене (стойки три). Очередь, которую стоишь на ногах. Ни водички, ни присядьте - ничего. 2. Очень старые номера. Все ветхое и затертое. 3. Звукоизоляция. Её нет. Отсутствует полностью. 4. Грязно. Грязные окна, плитка в ванной, двер и тд. 5. Стеклянная шторка на ванной, грязная, в кальцинатах, смеситель забит солями жесткости, вода брызжет в разные стороны. 6. Гигиенический душ подключен только к холодной воде. Бодрит.
Отелю нужна глобальная реконструкция. Даже до 4 зв. Не дотяг
8.0Кондиционер в номере, хоть старый, но работает. Расположение отеля.
− Сервис . Номер убирали, но полотенца для рук не положили. В ванной нет тепла, холодно. Принимать душ, ванну - нереально. Катастрофа с гумоизоляцией в номере. Видно, что отель старый - минимум 30 лет. Стеклопакеты старые и в коридорах тоже все слышно

− Отсутствие вытяжки в санузле, неадекватный персонал, звонящий в 23:30 ночи и требующий оплатить кофе в кафе на 8 тыс драм, так как они забыли взять у меня номер кредитной карты
